As a valuable Whole Health customer, we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase.

If the product was damaged during shipping, we will replace the product at no cost to you.  If the product produced adverse reactions you may return the product(s) in their original packaging along with all parts, pieces and printed materials to us for a refund minus the 15% processing fee within 30 days of delivery. Product must be at least 85% full.

Please use trackable and/or insured shipping method.  We will not be responsible for returns lost in the mail. Samples and Travel Size products do not qualify for a refund unless the wrong product was shipped.  Returns within 30 days for any unopened products or exchanges for a different product are subject to a 15% processing fee. 

All returns must contain a copy of your invoice.  Refunds are issued for the price of the returned product only. No shipping charges will be refunded. Customers are responsible for shipping charges when returning products or making exchanges.
